Our Quality Control & Testing services provide rigorous metrological verification and non-destructive examination to guarantee zero-defect compliance for high-precision manufacturing. Operating in a climate-controlled 20°C lab, we ensure absolute measurement certainty.

Equipped with Mitutoyo CNC 3D CMM coordinate measuring machines, optical 2D vision systems, and surface profilometers, we deliver full-dimension GD&T deviation analysis.

We provide comprehensive First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP documentation, and material traceability certificates compliant with international quality management standards.

3D CMM Coordinate Measuring
